Alexander Technique Classes

Group Classes

The group sessions cover the main principles of the Alexander Technique. You will learn from exploring your own body but also from observing others walking, sitting, squatting and repeating everyday activities. There is a focus on learning to relax and to use only the muscles required for each movement.

Rosella amazes me with how personalised her guidance is in her small group sessions, how much she covers in a short time and most of all how she manages to help people be present in their own bodies. Looking forward to the next session already!

Individual Lessons

The traditional way of learning the Alexander Technique is through a series of one-on-one lessons, tailored to the pupil’s individual needs.

We often use a chair to practise the centrally important movement of sitting down and standing up, mirrors to help observe what is really happening during movement, and time on the Alexander Technique table. In this way we can explore undoing tension and unnecessary 'holding' in the body, and the important function of breathing, by using the firm surface as a support.

Such a beautiful person to work with. A really gentle, logical approach to Alexander Technique and a lot of fun to be around.

Online Lessons

Much of the Alexander Technique is about shaping your thinking and bringing your attention to the way you move and breathe. Guided by voice and images, you will learn how to move in your own environment with awareness and poise.

Rossella is one of the best Alexander Teachers I have had the pleasure to meet. Her lessons are fun, she has a great approach to teaching and will leave you with a smile on your face.
