About Rossella
Rossella has a breadth of knowledge of the Technique gained from extensive travels throughout the world.
-Shelly
Rossella has been working as an Alexander Technique practitioner since 2010.
In 2003 I was working as a social worker and suffered a severe knee injury resulting in chronic back pain. I tried many different therapies. All of them helped in different ways but the pain persisted. In 2010 a friend recommended the Alexander Technique and I quickly saw significant results and now live pain-free. The experience was so powerful it led to an exciting change of career for me.
I have travelled the world to learn from experienced practitioners and to discover ways to integrate the Alexander Technique with other modalities such as yoga, exercise, dance, acting, voice work and public speaking.
I trained at the School for FM Alexander Studies in Melbourne and am a member of STAT – the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. Members of STAT are required to adhere to a code of professional conduct, to hold professional indemnity insurance and to have undergone a DBS / CRB check.

“It was a great help with my shoulders and my back problems. And I really enjoyed my lessons, moving better makes me feel younger and lighter. Thank you”
